Customer Reviews for St Maartan Eco-Highlights & Wildlife Park
Review 1 for St Maartan Eco-Highlights & Wildlife Park
A complete misnomer. Learned absolutely nothing about the ecology of St Maarten and the guide actually stated that the island has no indigenous wildlife! Spent an hour at a run down kiddie zoo being expected to feed peanuts to macaws and monkeys! Came out to find our bus and driver had been sent on another tour. Waited for a replacement bus over 30 mins with nowhere to sit. Remainder of the tour had just one very short photo stop on the French side and we got back to the pier at the previously assigned time. In hindsight we should have requested a full refund.

Review 2 for St Maartan Eco-Highlights & Wildlife Park
The description and the reality are very different. The tour description is wordsmithed to make a mediocre droive sound exiting. The eco-park is actually a rundown old-fashioned zoo with a limited range of animals in small enclosures. Tour is only wothwhile to give some support to improving the zoo.
